Super Shockcord / Bungee with Corkscrew Swivel for Speargun Line

A big fish on the run can break a line with many times it's body weight in tensile strength if the impact is not absorbed. Most spearfishing bungees tension the line for storage but do little to absorb the impact of a fish on the run or thrashing resulting in snapped lines and tear outs. The Spearit Super Speargun Shock Cord is handmade with heavy duty 1/2 od x 1/4 id latex tubing, over twice the rubber used in most stock shockcords / bungees and a shock absorbing 10 inches of stretch to prevent tearouts and bring a charging monster to a softer stop. The core line is made from advanced Spectra fiber for strength and durability. The end loops are eye-spliced and crimped with no knots to weaken the line.
